Our second breakfast this week at Jardin in Wynn/Encore hotel. No photos due to forgetfulness. Had never ending coffee which is my morning pick me up. Hot tea and the oatmeal bowl for the Mrs. The salmon bagel on an everything bagel was delicious. It was also presented nicely. With tomato slices and cucumber slices. Outstanding ! Also bought two croissants again for our later enjoyment. See previous photo. Food is pricey but worth it. I almost forgot we had lunch here one day. So for four days in Las Vegas we dined here three times, two breakfast and one lunch. Wifey had a delicious but messy shaved prime rib melt. I had the Jardin cheeseburger. Another messy but delicious sandwich with potato strings on top. This sandwich filled me for the day. That's why I only had a salad at Joe's later that evening. They have the best servers here and the atmosphere is nice.

Staying at the Encore, Jardin was perfect for breakfast. The hostesses were welcoming and neatly dressed, so too were the servers. Dinning is both inside and outside seats. Great open fancy decor and outside seating has a great view of the pool and garden area. This kids loved their eggs, bacon and hot chocolate. I enjoyed my Salmon Bagel and freshly squeezed orange juice. Friendly accommodating staff, great breakfast and lunch options at a reasonable price within a beautiful space.

Had a wonderful brunch on a Friday morning at Jardin. Asked for outdoor seating and got a great table right by the pool in the shade. Good drink selections, lots of meal options ranging from rich and hearty to light and healthy. Service was quick, but not rushed, and very friendly. Our mezze platter was large and more than enough for 2 as a meal with fresh veggies, three dips and pitas. The tuna taco appetizers were crunchy and bright. Great spot for a quiet relaxing breakfast away from all the noise and smoking of the casino inside. Just ask the hostess for outside seating and be flexible with timing. They will text you when a table is ready, and you can get a drink at their bar or shop nearby while you wait.

Food, ambiance and service are excellent! The Berry smoothie and steak and egg were delicious and definitely recommendable.

Wait time: I had a reservation on a Saturday at 12pm, without a reservation they said the wait would be around 1 hour. You are able to make reservations online. Service: the server was very nice, I didn't feel rushed to order and she answered any questions we had. Food: Chilaquiles Rojos: This was my first time eating chilaquiles so I cant say if it was authentic but I really like this dish, it was fresh and flavorful. I liked that the tortilla chips weren't to mushy or soft, it still had a nice crunch to it. I did add the steak but I think it would have paired better with chicken but that's just because of personal preference. Maine Lobster Benedict: This dish was very light compared to everything else I ordered. The lobster was cooked nicely and tasted fresh. The hash brown that was included was very crispy. I would order this if you don't want a heavy dish Salumi Pizza: Although this pizza has alot of toppings, the pizza was overloaded. When I picked up my pizza the toppings stayed in place and didn't fall off which is a win in my book. The crust was thin and light, and the truffle honey drizzle on top paired well with the spicy Fresno peppers. I did order a side of ranch because that's how I like to eat my pizza. Honestly one of the best ranch dressings I have had with my pizza. Chocolate Red Velvet Pancakes: this is hands down my favorite dish at Jardin. This pancake comes with cotton candy on top that is melted with a creamy custard similar to condense milk. Although it sounds like a sugar overload, they somehow made it so that it wasn't overly sweet. The pancakes very so light and fluffy with the perfect amount of chocolate chips. I would come here again just for this dish alone, I have never had red velvet pancakes that actually taste like red velvet and not just chocolate.

What a great brunch! The restaurant itself was beautiful - airy, and poolside. We sat outside despite the chillier temperatures, but there were heaters to keep us warm. The food was made with very fresh ingredients. You could tell everything was made with good quality food. The drinks, appetizers, and entrees were the talk of our large group all day. YUM.

I finally got to try the famous chocolate chip red velvet pancakes with cotton candy on top. Despite its sweet appearance it struck the perfect balance of flavors. Now, I understand the hype:). Another must-try is the luxurious Cloud 9 drink, a delightful blend of sorbet ice cream, raspberries, and champagne. For our main dish, we opted for a classic breakfast of sausages, bacon, eggs, and toast, impeccably prepared. The restaurant's ambiance, both indoors and outdoors, exudes a trendy and elegant vibe that I adore. Our waitress, Lori, enhanced our experience with her exceptional service, while Jahaziel kindly assisted with reservations, a must given the place's popularity. I'm already planning my return to sample their famous flowerpot dish.

Visited Jardin (located inside The Wynn) back in May. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We decided to have a table outside since it was a nice day. I don't remember what we ordered back then, but the food was most definitely, super delicious!

I would add more stars if that were possible. Food, service, cocktails...everything was flawless. The crispy shrimp is one of the best I've ever had. The tuna tacos were delicious. The mezze platter was plentiful and full of flavor. The eggplant was so good I ordered more. I had the steak frites as my entree and it was juicy with crispy fries. Just the way it should be. The flat breads and crab cakes too were delicious. Their Bloody Mary is a must have.

I've heard good things about Jardin in the past and decided to make reservations for breakfast before heading home on our checkout day. When we arrived at 8:45am, we were promptly seated. We had a very positive experience. Our server introduced himself and we placed our drinks order. I got a cappuccino, and my husband had a mimosa. Waters were also brought out. The menu is extensive, something for everyone. I decided on the grilled chicken egg white omelet, and my husband had a fruit platter! He had been defeated by the room service nachos from the night before! Food took about 15 minutes to arrive. I wasn't expecting very much from this omelet, but I was so wrong. The omelet was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit to Jardin!
